Hi,
If you are in the north such as Riva and you want to catch the local bus you can catch the verona bus from the bus station at number 1 stop and if you want to go west to Limone and Salo down to Desenzano you catch it from stop number 2. Very good service and a lot faster and cheaper than ferry, but not as nice a view as sailing down the lake.
